The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between a festival’s physical environment and visitors’ satisfaction, revisiting, and recommendation. For the study, factor analysis and regression analysis was applied to examine the extent to which a festival’s physical environment affects visitors’ satisfaction, revisiting, and recommendation. The following conclusions were drawn from the study results. First, four factors in the physical environment (convenience, attractiveness, accessibility, and cleanness) were drawn as the main factors. Second, two factors (convenience and attractiveness) affect visitors’ satisfaction, revisiting, and recommendation. Third, among these four factors, convenience was the most influential factor that affects visitors’ satisfaction, revisiting, and recommendation, followed by attractiveness, accessibility, and cleanness. In conclusion physical environment of Yangyang Song-i Festival was evaluated. Recommendations were suggested.
