The purpose of this study is to obtain the effects after designing and applying the meta-arts convergence teaching method based on ADDID model process of active learning facilitation as a research on the learner-centered teaching method for arts majors. To achieve the purpose of this study, a research question was set up as ‘What are the positive and negative results of participants who experienced the learner-centered meta-arts teaching method?’. In the research method, this study aimed to obtain differences from the previous arts teaching methods by composing the participants of students who never experienced the learner-centered teaching method including eight university students majoring in music & dance and two majors in literature, and then performed it one time(three hours each) per week for 12 weeks. The effects of experiencing the learner-centered meta-arts convergence teaching method designed on the basis of five steps (analysis – design- development- execution-evaluation) focusing on the utilization of arts convergence are as follows. First, experiencing the expanded utilization of arts arouses positivity on the entry into society. Second, experiencing the creative teaching method emphasizing the meaning of ‘meta’ presents the direction of arts. Third, in the positive result, the mutual cooperation which is the characteristic of active learning facilitation has influence on the completion of outcomes. Fourth, in the negative result, there is no expansion of creative teaching method connected to the field.
