The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of the relationship among the hotel employees' job crafting, innovative behavior, and job performance, and to clarify the moderating effect according to the degree of perceived organizational support by hotel employees in a relationship with the effect between job crafting and innovative activities. From the result of this research above, it may be summed up as follows. First, this study has found out that the job crafting had positive effect on the innovative activities. Second, this study has shown that the innovative activities had a positive effect on the job performance. Third, this study has found out that the perceived organizational support had significant moderating effect in a relationship with the effect between the job crafting and innovative activities. Based on such research findings, this study is believed to provide practical implications for organizational management in hotel and suggestion of various measures to improve employees' innovative activities and job performance through job crafting and perceived organizational support.
