This study aims to analyze the relationship between the perceived value of local festival service quality and satisfaction with participation. We selected three cultural tourism festivals in the Jeollabuk-do region and conducted an on-site survey targeting adult male and female festival tourists aged 20 or older from May 2 to August 18, 2024. The analysis method used the SPSS/WIN and 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical package programs after going through the data coding process. First, it was found to have a significant positive (+) effect in the relationship between the local culture and tourism festival service quality program, operational capacity, facilities and convenience, information guidance factors, and perceived value. Second, it was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on the relationship between local culture and tourism festival service quality programs, operational capabilities, facilities and convenience, information guidance factors, and participation satisfaction. Third, it was found to have a significant positive (+) effect in the relationship between perceived value and participation satisfaction. Fourth, perceived value has a complete mediating effect in the relationship between the program, operational capability, facilities and convenience, information guidance factors of local cultural tourism festival service quality and participation satisfaction. In the future, it will be necessary to identify the attributes that are more important in terms of perceived value and participation satisfaction according to the service quality of regional cultural tourism festivals and to devise ways to strengthen differentiated cultural tourism festival marketing strategies based on these attributes.
