The purpose of this study is to derive a plan to improve the sustainability of domestic non-profit sports organizations based on the theory of social entrepreneurship. To this end, critical literature review (Broome, 2000) is conducted on the spirit of the times and research trends that require social entrepreneurship, conceptual definitions of specific theories, and interpretations of various research results. The resulting results are first, a change in structure and function to build better sports governance as an effort to innovate. Domestic non-profit sports organizations need structural change of the board of directors for independence, diversity for efficiency, establishment of information sharing and disclosure system for transparency, and institutional complementation and change-based innovation for the roles and responsibilities of the president and the board of directors do. Second, there is a change in the active leadership of the organization. According to the change of leadership, it is necessary to establish an efficient process that combines the application of the education system to organizational members, the distribution of professional manpower, and the wisdom of the leader. Third, it is risk taking to enhance financial soundness. From grassroots sports to the center, by establishing a system to maintain and check the financial soundness of each area and location, good results, that is, changes that can allocate more resources to well-run organizations need. It is expected that through this, non-profit sports organizations will be able to build a better system and create an environment and culture where people of all ages can enjoy comfortably.
