As of March 21, 2016, the Korea Sports Council and the National Sports for All Association, which have been in charge of the elite sports and sports for all separately, have merged with each other, which has been separated and operated as a one sports- two-competition system. Therefore, this study suggests ways to integrate and operate each convention that has been separated and operated until now. The results of this study were as following: First, ''integrated management of elite-life sports and sports for all events was defined as'' a way to collectively organize elite sports conferences and sports for all sports conferences, which are independently operated by sports organizations. Second, some principles and assumptions were suggested in designing the integrated operation plan of the competition. Third, as the integrated management plan of the ‘National Sports Festival’ and the Sports For All Festival’, "the integrated management plan of two devision teams in the same period and place after the integration of the two Festivals" and the contest in which the league championship in each province and the standard record passers were suggested. Fourth, the nationwide sports events were presented as three types of integrated management plan reflecting the premise that adoption of division system of sporting event and the continuous participation of more games were guaranteed.
