<The School of the Body> programs introduced in the Korean cities Goyang and Paju from 2014–2016 relied on cooperation between public and private entities and individuals. Its goals are based on the integrated physical education philosophy of El Colegio del Cuerpo, an alternative school in Colombia. The Korean version is built around providing a caring environment and targets underprivileged children and teenagers. Participants encouraged to adopt a relaxed approach and enjoy opportunities to learn art and perform in diverse groups. This study aims to explore the process of applying <The School of the Body> to after-school programs and elementary school care classrooms in Goyang City in 2018 and the process of collaboration between stakeholders. Therefore, in order to analyze how collaboration with stakeholders took place, this study was conducted as a case study of a qualitative research and closely analyzed a series of processes in which various stakeholders collaborated: adoption, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the programs. The study proposes an ideal program that can be implemented through collaboration between variety of stakeholders for maximum success. Through this case study, we would like to present practical indicators for cooperation with stakeholders.
