The purpose of this study is to objectively recognize the current status of NFT art, identify issues, and present improvement and utilization plans based on the NFT art market and the concerns that are rapidly emerging as new topics. The research method was a qualitative study, and an inductive analysis was conducted through text analysis of 7 in-depth interview recordings. The content of the study is to theoretically examine the concept of NFT art and then analyze the perception of domestic artists on the current status of NFT art to derive results. The research results extracted as a result of examining through in-depth interviews are as follows. First, it is necessary to expand technical support and education in the reality and usefulness of NFT art. As a result of a survey of domestic artists, most of them pointed out the lack of conceptual awareness of NFT and the issue through exaggerated media reports as problems. As an improvement plan for this, NFT technical education and promotion measures for artists are needed by local governments and governments. Second, the value of copyright protection and the preservation of the original digital artwork is important in the creativity of NFT artworks. There is a need for a plan to overcome the limitations of emotion felt in digitally converted NFT artworks. Third, the problem was raised that the alienation of ordinary artists would worsen due to the focus of only certain artists in the NFT art market, and the need to reflect the participation and opinions of the creators, artists, was suggested to revitalize the NFT art market. This study is meaningful in that in a situation where NFT art has become an issue, current status diagnosis and problem suggestions were identified through in-depth interviews with artists who are the main players in the art market.
