This study explored housing management services which designate the housing manager as the head of the managementoffice to manage multi-family housing professionally and efficiently and found solutions to prevent the recurrence of illegal housingmanagement by the housing manager. A survey of housing management entities was conducted on the following questions. First, ifthey think it is necessary to record the administrative fines of the job-related persons. Second, if they will make use of the recordwhen the record is included in the career certificate. Finally, if they will use this record as data for judgment when selecting amanager. Based on the analysis, this study suggests the improved process of the management history record of multi-family housing,which adapts job-related persons to related regulations and informs the resident representative committee of the related regulations tomake appropriate decisions. The management history record of multi-family housing will create a working environment for those relatedto work according to the laws and regulations and guarantee their status.
