This study presented a new platform (A-DLP) that expanded the digital last-mile platform (DLP) which has a logistics delivery office as the starting point, to courier logistics bases inside and outside apartment houses, and analyzed the effect of M apartment complex as a case study sequentially. At this time, the M apartment complex was selected as a typical apartment complex with no collaboration at all. It is the time when the logistics platform market is activated due to the influence of the 4th industrial revolution, and the importance of life logistics is growing due to environmental impacts such as COVID-19 and advanced consumer needs. In this regard, this study has great results in adding a ‘Last-mile Delivery Center’ that is closest to consumers and presents it as a service that can be linked to the platform. It is expected that this will serve as basic data for the improvement of related policies or systems of the government and local governments, and the search for changes in the delivery system of related companies. Currently, the analysis is centered on general trucks, but since autonomous trucks are considered as an additional means to the platform in the future, their scalability and usability can be expected.
