Last mile delivery is the last section of the delivery for a logistics company to deliver the product directly to an individual consumer, and recently the distribution company has extended the concept of delivery the product to the end consumer. Because the cost of the last mile portion accounts for 53% of the total delivery cost, it can be anticipated that the logistics cost reduction of the enterprise can be improved efficiently in this section. In this study, we developed a utilization model to reduce the cost of last mile logistics and to increase the operational efficiency by big data analytics and innovative logistics technologies. In the literature review, we analyzed various studies to utilize big data analytics and recent innovative logistics technology for last mile delivery, and comprehensively summarized them. On the basis of these results, we developed a logistics model that can efficiently improve last mile delivery utilizing big data analysis and innovative logistics technology. In addition, We have developed six digital factors that can be applied to logistics company.
