A Study on the Influence Mechanism of KnowledgeSharing Intention of Online Learning-A Case of Korean U Academy App UsersBao Tong & Hu Qian Nan
Abstract: This study employs the technology acceptance model as a theoretical framework and aims to improve the knowledge sharing intention of users of online Korean learning platforms. This study uses literature research to construct a model of the influencing factors among learning resources quality, information exchange, interpersonal interaction, trust, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and learning satisfaction on online Korean learning platforms. This study conducts a questionnaire survey of 526 users of online Korean learning platforms. Furthermore, this study analyzes the relationship between the factors and their effects by the structural equation modeling method. Interaction and information exchange significantly positively affect trust, perceived usefulness, and learning satisfaction. Perceived usefulness also has a significant effect on learning satisfaction. Trust, in addition to significantly influencing perceived usefulness, also strongly influences maximally affects knowledge sharing intention.
