An Analysis of the Stress Relief Effect of Appreciation ofOriental Paintings on Chinese University Students’Academic Stress and Family ExpectationsYi Zhenzhen, Heung Kou, & Sukyoung Cho
Abstract: This study aimed to examine whether oriental painting appreciation is effective in relieving academic stress and family expectations of Chinese college students. 100 students from university H in China were composed of 50 experimental groups and 50 control groups, and the results before and after the program were processed through SPSS 23.0. Therefore, we tried to find out whether there is a significant difference in the effect of appreciation of oriental paintings on relieving academic stress and family expectation stress of Chinese college students. As a result of the study, it was found that appreciating oriental paintings is effective in relieving academic stress and family expectations of Chinese college students, so it is expected to be used as valuable basic data in establishing support plans for college students’ mental health education.
