                 < ABSTRACT>   In this study, the Japanese Learner's Written Composition Corpus was used to analyze the correct use and misuse situations of Korean and Chinese learners in Japanese language learning. Based on the results, the acquisition strategy of the case particle ‘ni’ for learners is proposed as follows.   Firstly, after analyzing the correct use tendency of case particle ‘ni’, this study proposes that Korean and Chinese Japanese learners establish their own acquisition order by referring to the frequency of use of case particle ‘ni’ in the corpus and the order of appearance in grammar books. In terms of the misuse type of ‘Confusion’, Korean learners need to pay special attention to the type of confusion: ‘ni→de’ while Chinese learners need to pay special attention to two types of confusion: ‘ni→de’ and ‘ni→wo’. In terms of the misuse type of ‘Others’, Korean learners cannot just choose case particles through usage because of their advantages in learning Japanese and Chinese learners need to strengthen their grammar knowledge from the early stage. In terms of the misuse type of ‘Adjunction’, Korean learners should pay attention to applying the rules of their native language directly to Japanese learning and Chinese learners should avoid overusing the existing rules of Japanese grammar.
