Purpose The purpose is to analyze the moderating effect of career development activities on the relationship between WFC(work and family conflict), FWC(family and work conflict) and job satisfaction among female managers. Methods We was conducted the correlation and hierarchical multiple regression analysis, used the seventh round of the Korean Women Manager Panel Survey. Results First, both WFC and FWC have a significant negative effect on job satisfaction of married female managers; second, WFC has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction moderating effect of career development effort on the relationship between WFC and job satisfaction of married female managers is negatively significant, but FWC is not significant. Third, both WFC and FWC of unmarried female managers were found to be insignificant in moderating the effect of career development activities on the relationship between job satisfaction. Conclusion Based on the findings, the theoretical and practical implications were discussed.
