This study aimed to examine the effects of sustainable development-oriented personality-centered education program based on diligence, self-help, and cooperation on preschoolers" self-efficacy and sense of community. The participants consisted of 36 preschoolers aged 5 years old. In D city, from June 22, 2022, to August 15, 2022, there were 19 children in the experiment group and 17 children in the comparison group. Using the SPSS WINDOWS 19.0 program, the data were analyzed by independent samples t-tests and ANCOVA. The results of the study showed that sustainable development-oriented personality-centered education program based on diligence, self-help, and cooperation had positive effects on improving children"s self-efficacy and sense of community. This suggested that it is effective in developing an appropriate personality in preschoolers. Sustainable development-oriented personality-centered education programs are an excellent teaching and learning strategy for fostering good ideas about oneself and a sense of link and belonging in a group.
