The purpose of this study is to examine the importance and satisfaction of audience at a dance performance, suggest the course of preparation and production of a dance performance, and provide basic data to activate a dance performance. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 285 participants who had attended a dance performance. The following conclusions were drawn. For audience at a dance performance, the most important attribute was a parking space of performance facility, followed by the cast and performance story of performance quality, a seat of performance facility, and a reasonable price of performance price. The most satisfied attribute was value for money of performance price, followed by the cast and acting skills of performance quality, a reasonable price of performance price, and a parking space of performance facility. As a result of IPA matrix. Quadrant I, Keep up the Good Work, included the cast, actor’s image, and performance story of performance quality, makeup of performance environment, a seat and parking space of performance facility, and a reasonable price and value for money of performance price. Quadrant II, Concentrate Here, included stage costume and choreography of performance environment and lighting, sound, and video of stage environment. Quadrant III, Low Priority, included background music of stage environment, a location of performance facility, and discount system of performance price. Quadrant IV, Possible Overkill, included acting skills of performance quality and size of performance facility.
