During the Korean War, the Chinese military decided to intervene in the war as a means of helping North Korea, removing its own safety and protection, domestic reactionary forces, and enhancing Motaek-dong's revolutionary beliefs and China's international status. In particular, out of the five attacks, the battle took place around the Gangwon area from the third round. Accordingly, the Chinese military participated in the Korean War from October 25, 1950 to July 27, 1953, marking an important turning point in the history of international war, leading to arms competition and expansion and militarization of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. In addition, any hope of restoring friendship between the United States and China has disappeared indefinitely. At the same time, North Korea and China developed into a brotherly blood alliance relationship in the wake of the Korean War. The Korean War provided China with a golden opportunity to successfully balance with Western troops on the battlefield, and the success of heavy corporation on the Korean Peninsula earned it a position as a powerhouse in the international community. In addition, China succeeded in receiving overall support from the Soviet Union by participating in the Korean War. Even the hollow, which took advantage of this, could not escape the framework of the Gangwon region. During the Korean War, the Gangwon region was a strategically important region for both sides. Moreover, it is true that the Gangwon region exists as a product of the socialist camp representing the capitalist public centered on the United States as a victim of the Cold War system at that time and now. It is believed that this may be the biggest meaning of the world history of the participation of the heavy industry in Gangwon Province.
