The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the meaning of work, organizational commitment, teacher efficacy, and job stress of special school teachers. The population of the study was special school teachers. In the survey, 50 copies of the preliminary survey were analyzed, and in this survey, 337 copies were analyzed through SPSS 25.0, AMOS 25.0, and statistical programs, and statistical significance was judged on the basis of .05. As a result of the study, the meaning of the special school teachers' work had a positive effect on organizational commitment and teacher efficacy, but had no significant effect on job stress. On the other hand, organizational commitment reduced job stress, but teacher efficacy had no significant effect on job stress. In the relationship between the meaning of work and job stress, organizational commitment decreased job stress, but teacher efficacy had no mediating effect. With this, special school teachers could reveal that job stress was reduced through organizational commitment. In order to strengthen the organizational commitment of special school teachers, it is necessary to examine the structure of the school and the emotions between teachers, and continuous research on ways to lower job stress is needed.
