This study identified the demographic perception of medical skincare for Chinese female customers in their 20s and 30s who had experience in medical skincare in the past or are currently undergoing procedures and revealed the effect of medical skincare's perception on medical skincare service satisfaction. The purpose of this is to provide reference materials to consumers in preparing better service plans for the Chinese skincare industry in the future. This study conducted a survey on female customers who had experience in medical skincare in the past or are currently undergoing procedures, and 343 surveys were selected as final analysis data. In the results of the study, it seems that the increase in Chinese female customers' awareness of medical skincare has affected their satisfaction, and so far, medical skincare awareness and satisfaction have not been very high.women in their 30s who are in contact with people had high awareness of medical skincare and high satisfaction with their high interest in appearance as well as economic composure. In addition, as a result of analyzing the effect of medical skincare perception on satisfaction, it was found that the higher the medical skincare perception, the higher the medical skincare satisfaction. In other words, it was found that medical skincare satisfaction was affected according to medical skincare recognition.
