The following is a summary of the effects on body heat and fatigue after sports massage of major muscle parts. Shoulder deltoids (left, right), erector spinae muscles (left, right), and wrist flexors (left, right) showed statistically significant increases in body heat in the experimental group that received sports massage. On the other hand, the results of the calf muscles (left and right) were not statistically significant after the experiment, so there was no effect of increasing body temperature. The cause of the insignificant increase in body heat in the calf muscle may be that the calf is relatively far from the heart compared to other parts, and it is thought that the swelling time was long due to the nature of office work where people always work sitting down, so blood circulation could not be drawn. In the case of fatigue, it was found that the average score of the post-experiment group decreased significantly compared to the average score of the pre-experiment group. Accordingly, it was found that the fatigue of the experimental group was reduced at a significant level in the fatigue self-check. This study is significant in that it was objectively verified through medical infrared imaging that sports massage has a positive effect on body heat and fatigue of office workers. In addition, it is noted that sports massage, which was applied only to athletes in the past, was experimented on the general public, and its effectiveness was further expanded as the effect was proven.
