Purpose : The aim of the study is to check the characteristics of Korean writing by using an automatic analysis program of the kinematics of writing for SVCI, which shows damage to cognitive function as well as damage to motor function due to the damage of the subcortical structure. Methods : The study participants were SVCI(N=10) and NA(N=10). Results : First, there was a statistically significant difference between the NA group and the SVCI group in the difference in the performance of the spiral task according to the presence or absence of cognitive impairment. Second, there was a statistically significant difference between First 3-syllable and the Final 3-syllable in sentence dictation performance according to the letter position in the sentence. Conclusions : Based on the results of the study, it was confirmed that the kinematic writing ability of the SVCI group was impaired.
