Recently, Segmentation-based scene text detection methods are popular, as the segmentation results can inference more speedily and robust to various shape and languages. Especially, we propose to detect texts from multilevel of feature extraction, i.e., character-, word-, and then introduce a multi-level feature aggregation module to help achieve robust multilingual text detection. In this paper, we propose a new scene text detection method to successfully detect text region by generating each character region, word region and threshold region between words. In many countries like Korea, several street hoardings, signboards, traffic signs, and even many application forms contain texts typed in regional languages. In this situation, the text detection network becomes difficult if the model does not reflect the characteristics of the multilanguage. Therefore, it is necessary to design a network that can recognize multiple languages.
