Construction and unification of integrated basic survey materials based on unified standards led by Gyeonggi Province.
It is necessary to compose the basic survey data according to the unified standards led by the regional governments, and to prepare guidelines so that the regional governments can define standard items and manage them in an integrated way.
For items that require integrated construction centered on wide-area autonomous organizations (population, economy, industry, land use, wide-area infrastructure facilities, etc.), guidelines on collection of source materials, scope and method of material construction, analysis and utilization are required.
The Gyeonggi-do Basic Survey Information System must be built with a function center that verifies the data captured by the local government and analyzes it in cooperation with the neighboring local government. It needs to be promoted to provide additional ability to confirm and analyze relationships with neighboring local governments.
Basic survey The basic survey items collected through the information system require data processing and analysis processes that match the purpose of utilization in order to be used for Urban planning and space planning work, and policies are made through the data produced in the processing analysis process. It is necessary to provide support statistics dashboard operation and urban change monitoring function.
In addition to the establishment of a wide-area city basic plan through data integration construction and management that can be used in collaboration with other plans, it will be commonly used in spatial strategic plans, growth management plans, comprehensive soil plans, etc. A system for ensuring consistency between the two and utilizing cooperation must be established.
