Objective: This study analyzes the trends of studies on hazardous risk factors for the semiconductor manufacturing industry through a systematic literature review.
Background: In previous studies, there was no systematic literature review on the research trend of hazardous risk factors in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
Method: The databases of Web of Science, PubMed, RISS, Koreamed, NDSL, and Kmbase were searched from January 1, 2010, to June 6, 2021.
Results: Among 243 papers, 27 related papers were extracted and organized into categories such as gender, ergonomics, disease, and chemistry.
Conclusion: Research trends on hazardous risk factors in the semiconductor manufacturing industry were analyzed and implications were analyzed.
Application: The results might be of help to identify the typical risk factors in the semiconductor manufacturing industry and create a safe workplace where workers can work safely and healthily.
