It time to say the opening of information Age in the 21st country. It is certain that informative technique based on the scientific technology is one of most significant factors made best of modem society. Recently character is becoming popular among South Korea. It is applied to all over the various social parts. Even absence of hardware makes it the processing of character is developing as the software. It does not exist so enough competition and efficiency. The objective of this study is the understanding of character notion, the examination of Korea character industry. Through improving the systematic and deliberated character, we need to improve character. Character, the one of strategic brand assets, should be kept up the powers of life as the sensitivity of one`s personality itself. The improvement of character must be reborn endlessly applied the surroundings in the market and mass`s enlargement, Character ought to be recognized by the on of the artificial fifes itself. The misappropriation in the domestic character must be forgotten and disappeared by the principal of market economy. The character far the future is up the power of planning and market and developing and changing of vitality.
