This study investigates the perception of sports human rights(request for money, violence, absurdity, human rights education, interest, and fair response) according to the response methods(non-response, active, non-active) of student-athlete parents" human rights violations, and based on this, prevention of human rights violations and to suggest policies for victim recovery. This study utilized the data of the ‘2021 Sports Human Rights Survey’ conducted by the Sports Ethics Center in 2021, and conducted a survey targeting the parents of elementary, middle, and high school students across the country. Data from 9000 people were used for actual analysis. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, and post hoc analysis of LSD were performed using SPSS 27.0 version. First, the group that actively responds to material/money, unfair operation, verbal/physical violence, and bullying violations showed higher awareness of human rights education than the nonresponsive and non-responsive group. Second, the group that actively responds to unfair operation, verbal/physical violence, and bullying violations showed a higher perception of absurdity than the non-responsive group. Third, the group that responded positively to material/money demands, verbal/physical violence, and bullying violations showed a higher perception of fair coping than the non-responsive group. Fourth, it was found that the group that responded positively to verbal/physical violence and bullying violation response methods showed higher awareness of the problem than the non-responsive group. It is necessary to develop educational programs and institutional arrangements so that the sports world can be reborn as a safe zone.
