This study aims to draw up a plan to efficiently operate the organization through the relationship between the head of the elementary school sports department and the head of the department and the teacher. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusions were obtained. As a result of the structural analysis, it was significant in the relationship between intrinsic morality, self-awareness, balanced information processing → sports manager-teacher exchange relationship → job satisfaction and "self-awareness, balanced information processing → job satisfaction". In addition, looking at the mediating effects, the mediating effects of "self-awareness → sports manager-teacher exchange relationship → job satisfaction" and "balanced information processing → sports manager-teacher exchange relationship → job satisfaction" were shown. These results showed that genuine leadership affects the sports manager-teacher exchange relationship, and the sports manager-teacher exchange relationship affects job satisfaction. Therefore, it can be interpreted that there is an intermediary effect between genuine leadership and job satisfaction indirectly through the exchange relationship between the Minister of Sports and the teacher.
