In this study, in order to improve better performance in university elite kendo players, neurofeedback training was conducted for 8 weeks, and the following results were measured based on the results of measuring the effects on the basic rhythm index, anti-stress index, and performance of brain functions. And came to the following conclusion. First, through neurofeedback training of university kendo players, there was a significant difference according to the measurement time on the right side of the basic rhythm index among brain functions, and there was no interaction effect. Second, in the anti-stress index, there was a significant difference in the measurement time for both left and right sides, and there was no interaction effect. Third, the performance level of university kendo players improved after training than before neurofeedback training. Based on the above results, neurofeedback training showed improvement in basic rhythm index, anti-stress index, and performance of kendo players through neurofeedback training, indicating the effectiveness of neurofeedback training. Although there were not many expectations for a big effect because there were some parts of the preceding study that were difficult to see a big effect in a short period of time, when we saw that the part about the performance of kendo players improved significantly, the players with skills above the upper level I think this is a training program that has helped. Therefore, it is expected that performance will be improved if neurofeedback training is conducted with more time.
