The purpose of this study was to identify 8 weeks combined exercise training for simple NAFLD score in adults and to investigate the correlation between simple NAFLD score and body composition, health and exercise related fitness, total cholesterol and blood glucose. Participant in this study divided into two groups, exercise group and control group. Subjects participating in this experiment were divided into two groups, and all subjects investigated body composition, health-related and exercise-related fitness level, total cholesterol and blood glucose before and after the experiment. A paired-samples t-test and Pearson"s Correlation Coefficient test were used to confirm all factors. The results were following, Body weight and skeletal muscle mass were significantly decreased in both groups. However, body mass index and waist circumference decreased only in the exercise group. Moreover, sit up, pacer and 10M agility test were improved only exercise group. Finally, we found positive correlation between simple NAFLD score and body weight, skeletal muscle, body mass index, body fat percentile, waist circumference and agility. We also found negative correlation between simple NAFLD score and sit up and pacer. In conclusion, we suggest that compound exercise can decrease simple NAFLD score and that improvement in fitness level can affect simple NAFLD score.
