The purpose of tolerance design is to determine the limits for the parameters in such a way as to minimize the design error. Determining the optimal tolerance for pipe production devices and connections reduce waste, increase customer satisfaction, reduce rework costs and increase the satisfaction of installers. Due to the high cost of production and quality in the respective companies, and customer dissatisfaction due to loose pipes in the connection, in this paper, an integrated model to reduce production costs and quality is provided. Based on this, using the multi-year data of the company, the experience of senior managers and SPSST software, a suitable regression model for pipe and connection production has been extracted. The proposed model is obtained by genetic algorithm in MATLAB software coding software and the optimal amount of effective parameters for pipe and connection production is obtained. The proposed model saves 5.8% and for the first company 13.06% for the second company.
