Pupose: In this course, we will examine the consciousness of the safety of marine sports activists and present the direction that should be equipped in the form of professionalism and values through the study of the relationship between marine sports and occupational satisfaction. It is aimed at helping to reduce to injuries or accidents. Methods: 720 participants (511 men and 209 women) participated in the marine sports activities and 337 career professionals (213 men and 124 women) were selected. Surveys were used as a measurement tool of the study by preliminary investigation through reconstructing and revising the tools used during research studies of Kim Soo-hoon (2007), Yu Sang-soon (2009) and Jin Hyung Min (2011). The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 statistical program using data analysis. Conclusion: In summary, first, the experience of marine safety education of marine sports activity participants is very important and it is very beneficial to participants. Second, the differences in job satisfaction were found to be somewhat different according to sex, age, educational background, and duration of marine sports. Based on the results of this study, it will be necessary to train not only the participants in marine sports activities, but also apply safety consciousness through marine safety education in elementary, middle, and high schools. In order to improve the occupational satisfaction of marine sports workers, it will be necessary to make the marine sports facility and work environment comfortable.
