Using high energy X-ray generators, the scattering lines generated by varying the distance and direction of MU·min-1, which are widely used in the therapeutic radiology field, are measured and compared the direction and energy depending on the sensitivity of each dosimeter by dividing it into a Thermoluminescence dosimeter (TLD), radiophotoluminescence glass dosimeter (PLD) and optical stimulated luminescence dosimeter (OSLD). As a result of the analysis of the difference of dosimeters according to the distance, there was a statistically significant difference (p<0.001). Experiments on the reproducibility of the therapeutic linear accelerator showed that the coefficients of variation were well within 2% (0.02). In addition, the sensitivity of the PLD is excellent when the surface dose measured by the dose rate and distance measurement is analyzed synthetically. Also, comparing the energy dependence of dose, it is found that the TLD with the pearson correlation coefficient close to 1 is superior. In the direction-dependence experiment, The surface dose at 0° to -90° of the TLD showed a reduction rate of 48%. In the PLD, the surface dose at 0° to 90° showed a reduction rate of 74%, In the OSLD, the surface dose of at 0° to 90° showed a reduction rate of 86%. Therefore, the direction dependence of the TLD is the least, and the direction dependence is larger in the order of the PLD and the OSLD. Therefore, in the high energy region, the PLD was excellent as a result of measuring the dose rate and sensitivity of distance, and the TLD was excellent even in the direction dependence experiment. Based on these results, it is necessary to select a personal radiation dosimeter according to the characteristics of the place where the worker is working in the medical field. Accordingly, if it is possible to more accurately measure the effective radiation dose and to prevent the radiation exposure, It will help radiation worker to live a better life.
