The How can music and music theory of Yueji be used when helping students develop their character and strengthening the educational capacity of character education teachers? The two axes that make up the Yueji are music and manners. This article focuses on music. According to the music theory of Yueji, music is not just a way to enjoy the taste. The author of Yueji noted that musical experience evokes moral sentiments, which lead to a moral character. According to the music theory of Yueji, music helps to cultivate the ability to produce valuable outcomes on a personal and social level. And contributes to the formation of good impression, motivation and right attitude. These two functions must be maintained with the dignity of the musical experience subject, and the author of the Yueji combines this problem with the concept of personality. In this article, we call this a subjective response to stimuli. This is not a simple acceptance of stimuli but an active participation in music. This participation comes from doing everything and enjoying assimilation. This participation and assimilation is an activity that involves two kinds of musical experience: emotional impression and perception of the poetic attribute of music. In this sense, Petter Kivy's method of dealing with the musical experience in the confrontation between definite and cognitive theory is different from that of Yueji. This characteristic of the music theory of Yueji makes the reasoning that leads to moral maturation by strengthening human ability from musical experience. The music of Yueji can help autonomously cultivate competence to control and moderate emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and cultivate interpersonal competence and social awareness competence for empathy and communication. Specifically, What music does this function? It is a harmonious music made by the King, that is good music. According to the author of the Yueji, good music has the following characteristics: It conveys emotions such as simplicity and mediocrity, firmness and generosity, and straightness. It helps to calm and refine emotions by cultivating a gentle and gentle aura.
