The study was designed to identify problems in the youth volunteer service management system by analyzing the experiences of teenagers' volunteer activities and the experiences of managing youth volunteer service management by social workers. The study involved 10 young volunteers who experienced volunteer work and 10 social workers who experienced volunteer work, and conducted in-depth interviews with them. The analysis of teenagers' volunteer experiences has organized 43 concepts: becoming a slave to volunteerism, starting a volunteer work without education, discriminating against work, and monitoring. After analyzing the experience of youth volunteer management by social workers, we organized 42 concepts, 15 subcategories, 'unprepared volunteer education', 'no energy' and 'no energy' feedback Based on the results of the study, he proposed measures to improve the youth volunteer management system.
