This thesis is a study of a special magazine of poetry『KINDAISIEN』about the formation of modern post-war for the world of poetry in Japan. Immediately especially printing papers were insufficient because of a severe shortage of material due to the defeat of the world war II, therefore publishing for magazines was a difficult situation. Nevertheless, there were a lot of effort to revive the culture for poetry. By these efforts, several and special poetry magazines, including 『KINDAISIEN』 were published in January 1946, the curtain of Japanese poetry opened in postwar Japan. First, the creative works of patriotic poems in 『KINDAISIEN』 patriotic were carried including writings of self-reflection about poets' behavior during the world war II. Based on democracy before and after the war in Japan, the claims to be written about the before and after the war poems emerged. Also, looking back on a war when we see poetry in magazines, miserable and read a situation shortly after their defeat of war, other social roles and responsibilities as a poet. On the other hand, Nakagiri Masao, Kihara Koichi and Kuroda Saburo began the postwar activities through the 『KINDAISIEN』.
