A fundamental improvement (revision) of the material inspection system is necessary for the material inspection system of the sewage treatment facility to settle properly. However, it is not effective to improve only the material inspection system itself, and the systems related to the material inspection such as performance inspection, completion inspection system and sewage treatment facility facility standard should be reviewed and improved. For this purpose, this study examines the institutional part of the individual sewage treatment facility and analyzes the problems of the individual sewage material inspection and the overall improvement direction by analyzing the problems related to the operation First, through improving material criteria and material inspection system, it is necessary to take control measures such as standards of cloth that can prevent corrosion of iron materials, provision of safety diagnosis, etc., if sewage treatment facilities are included in the scope of KS F 4803. Secondly, by introducing product specifications at the time of material inspection, it is possible to prevent degradation of quality due to material change. Submit a product specification describing the standard of blower etc, check the contents of the product specifications, then save it. As a result, manufacturing products that have undergone material inspections are considered to prevent illegal activities illegally changing materials or parts.
