본 연구의 전환교육 전문가의 수행능력 기준을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 연구자는 14인의 위원을 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전환교육 전문가의 수행능력 기준은 요인 분석을 통해서 7가지 영역으로 나타났다. 각 영역은, 평가, 교육과정 콘텐츠 지식, 연구와 조사, 리더십과 정책, 전문성과 윤리, 협력으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전환교육 전문가의 수행능력 기준은 델파이 조사를 통해서 7가지 영역 61개 항목으로 나타났고, 각 영역은 평가, 교육과정 콘텐츠 지식, 연구와 조사, 리더십과 정책, 전문성과 윤리, 협력 영역으로 나타났다. 평가에서 지식 1개 항목, 기술 7가지 항목, 교육과정, 콘텐츠, 지식 영역에서 지식 1개 항목, 기술 8개 항목, 프로그램 서비스 결과에서 지식 7개 항목, 기술 5개 항목으로, 연구와 조사에서 지식 3개 항목 및 기술 3개 항목, 리더십과 정책에서 지식 1개 항목, 기술 6가지 항목, 전문성과 윤리에서는 지식 3개 항목 기술 2개 항목, 협력에서는 지식 3개 항목, 기술 11개 항목으로 제시되었다.
The purpose of this study is to develop the competency standard of the transition specialist. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, Delphi survey, which is an mixed method of quantitative research and qualitative research, was conducted by selecting 14 members of Delphi committee. The conclusion of the study is as follows; First, the competency standards of transition specialists were classified into 7 areas through factor analysis. Each area appeared in evaluation, curriculum content knowledge, research and research, leadership and policy, professionalism and ethics, and cooperation. Second, the competency standards of the transition specialists are presented through the Delphi survey. In each area, there are seven categories of evaluation, curriculum content knowledge, research and investigation, leadership and policy, professionalism and ethics and cooperation. In the evaluation area, one item of knowledge area, seven items of skill area, in the curriculum content knowledge, one knowledge domain, eight skill domains, in the program, service, result area, 7 knowledge items, 5 skill items, in the research and research area, three items of knowledge area and three items of skill area, in leadership and policy areas, one item of knowledge area, six items of skill area, in professionalism and ethics, three items of knowledge area, and in the cooperation area, 3 items of knowledge area and 11 items of skill area were presented. The Competency standards of the transition specialists presented in this study can be said to be the criteria of the performance ability which is suitable for the situation in Korea presented through the Delphi process as a standard in the knowledge and technology field required for the experts to carry out their duties. This research data can be used as an important basic data for the training and retraining of experts and their evaluation. It will be enough to be used in the competence part of experts, which is the main factor in improving the results of the transition education in Korea. It can be said that it is the basic data that will help the development of education.
