The theory of Creating Shared Value(CSV) has recently emerged as a future management strategy. The core of CSV is for enterprises to achieve shared growth by implementing primary solutions for social problems together with pursuing economic and cultural values with various stake-holders. This research aims to look into how CSV activities influence non-financial management performance. Through innovation of the value chain, companies should be able to gain competitive advantage along with solving social problems and should strengthen CSV activities as a driving force to enhance the corporate image, not to mention to secure a key competitive edge for business continuity. Research result is as follows: First, as a result of Higher-order analysis, economic, social and cultural value of CSV do have significant influence on the corporate image and reliability. Second corporate image and reliability are proved to have a meaningful impact on collaboration. Third, corporate image is seen to have little influence on non-financial management performance. It has been revealed that securing good image of a partner company, from the perspective of a supply chain, does not enhance the non-financial management performance. However, efforts to enhance satisfaction with the overall corporate image of partner companies need to be approached from a long-term perspective. Forth, corporate reliability and collaboration are found to have a meaningful impact on non-financial management performance.
