The enforcement decision of Post-Construction Sales System for Housing came up to present circumstance by adopting Post-Construction Sales System for Housing to secure the absolute quantity. However, the diffusion ratio of house at present is above 100 percent now and it is assessed implementing Post-Construction Sales System for Housing to solve the side effects of Construction sales system for housing is on right time. Yet, there are possibilities of side effects of securing resources and decrease of providing housing temporarily to implement the system immediately, therefore, applying on apartments in public housing priorly then extending to private housing will be a solution. To discuss about revision of the related legislation, the current legislation is based on rules of Housing Act and housing supply. since the law is based on pre-construction sales system for housing, revision of recruiting procedures, sales period, and payment is needed to implement the post-construction sales system in future. To solve the problem of supplying Housing Construction Fund, PF of the base land should be converted to cost of construction centered pf and diversifying process of financing. Increasing the ability of housing construction industry with reducing the budget and innovation in techniques should become a chance. Although the period of housing sales can maximize the advantage of post-construction sales system for housing which begins the sales after the completion of construction, since there is possibility of shortage of finance for construction in the beginning of implementation, it is better to begin the sales after completing 80 percent of the construction depending on progression then start the Post-construction sales system for housing for the stability and advance in future.
