Cornus officinalis(CO) is a tree belonging to the Comaceae family. CO was harvested every month from September to December, in Gurye, Jeollanam-do, Korea. The fruits were washed and freeze-dried. Each was immersed in 70% ethanol water and boiled 3 times for 2 hours at 85℃ by reflux extraction method. ABTS and DPPH were performed to measure antioxidant activity. To compare Anti-inflammation between each extract, RAW 264.7 cells were dispensed into 96 well plates, treated with LPS and extracts 24 hours later, and cultured for 24 hours.
