Hemp(Cannabis sativa L.) seeds, well-known as the world"s top six super foods, have been used as health functional foods by peeling off the skin containing hallucinational component. It has a soft and savory texture, so it is edible as it is or is pressed and used as oil due to its rich fat content. It has been reported that these hemp seeds include anti-oxidant, immune boosting, preventing arteriosclerosis, improving hypertension, skin health and anti-inflammatory effects.
