Dry eye disease is a common condition of the eye that causes morbidity, a healthcare burden and decreased the QoL. EYESOY® is a standardized extract of Rhynchosia nulubilis which has been reported to have anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory effects. In this study, we evaluated the beneficial effects of EYESOY® in a BAC-induced murine dry eye model. Animals were divided into 6 groups at random. Experimental dry eye was induced by the instillation of 0.2% BAC on the right eye of the SD rats. For 8 weeks, supplements were administered orally every day.
