In this study, the conditions of dry heat treatment to inactivate were investigated Escherichia coli O157:H7, Salmonella Typhimurium, Listeria monocytogenes on alfalfa seeds without affecting the germination rate of seeds. The germination rate was set to 70% by the standard in the market. The pathogens were inactivated when E. coli O157:H7 was treated 21 days at 65℃, 16 days at 70℃, 12 days at 75℃, 6 days at 80℃, and when S. Typhimurium was treated 24 days at 65℃, 18 days at 70℃, 14 days at 75℃, 7 days at 80℃, and when L. monocytogenes was treated 21 days at 65℃, 15 days ... 전체 초록 보기
