Red ginseng is manufactured not only as a health functional food but also in various food types and product forms, but there is no standard for ginsenoside content in foods containing red ginseng. This study was performed to monitor the ginsenoside content in 66 red ginseng-containing foods and 35 health functional foods online and offline market. That was analyzed the ginsenoside content by LC and LC-MSMS.
