Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer is distributed and cultivated in Korea, China, and Japan. Although their genetic information is the same, metabolites are different depending on the environmental factors of the cultivation region, and these metabolite changes cause differences in pharmacological effects. Metabolomics refers to the study of comprehensive metabolic changes occurring in the body. These metabolites may vary depending on disease, organic mutations, or environmental factors.
