Fresh homemade juice has become increasingly popular due to its large amount of healthy functional ingredients without additives and preservatives while preserving its freshness. This study aimed to evaluate and compare the physicochemical and functional properties of three homemade paprika (yellow, orange and red) juices made by household high-speed blender and low-speed juicer.
