In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the paradigm of future medicine is changing from treatment-centered towards prevention. Accordingly, the number of startups which proposing precision food as a solution of the 4P (Preventive, Predictive, Personalized, Participatory), which is the core of future medicine, is increasing worldwide. Despite the emergence of various startups, there are limitations in designing an optimal diet based on individual lifelog data. To overcome these limitations, an AI-driven Tech Biz Platform is required, because AI technology has strengths in predicting, classifying, and processing a given problem based on big data. In 2012, we opened the Food-Medicine Personalized Therapy System Emergence Center at Advanced Institute of Convergence Technology, Seoul National University and built smart wellness programs tailored to childcare institutions and developed a mobile application that supports child and adolescent obesity prevention. Currently, we are building the following technologies: AI-based technologies that design personalized diets for different types of obesity; technologies that provide personalized food to prevent chronic diseases, such as a technology to discover personalized food materials for different mechanisms of menopause; AI-based system intended for discovering and recommending of personalized proteins according to one’s life cycle; and platforms for deve ... 전체 초록 보기
