Report Errors

The government annually reports business performance of local public institutions in order to operate them effectively. In process of assessment, it is possible to be subjective judgment. Because of that, the reliability of the results can go down. This study local public institutions as our subjects and Using DEA analysis, we analyzed the management effectiveness. We analyzed relationship between this measurement and the managements effectiveness of local public institutions. Through the relationship, our aim was to verify the reliability management assessment system about local public institutions. The results were below. First, performance-score of local public institutions and management effectiveness showed positive relationship. Second, We categorize performance scores such as leadership, management system, performance and policy compliance. Those have also positive relationship with managements effectiveness, but customer satisfaction measurement was not. According to this results, we judged that the present management assessment for local public institutions was reflected in effectiveness of management. also this results was empirical evidences to enhance reliability of performance-score.
