This study is aimed at providing basic data that can be diversified and specialized out of the basic Poomsae framework for primary school students’ health-related fitness and psychological factors. This study had proceeded with 21 young children between 3rd and 6th grade with color belt and they have been trained more than a year at taekwondo gymnasium in Seoul, South Korea. We analyzed the Music Poomsae Program by selecting two exprimental groups. An experimental group consisted of eleven students who practiced Poomsae using music and a control group consisted of ten students who practiced Poomsae without music. The results of this study are as follows. First, among health-related health factors, there was a significant difference in flexibility. Second, it had not shown a significant difference in physical expectation for movement results according to subjects’ exercise time. Third, the exciting element regarding the exercise process of subjects more increased than before, while there were no substantial differences. Fourth, exercise immersion according to the subjects’ measurement time had been increased while there was no considerable difference. Moreover, the control group showed a higher proportion than the experimental group in the exercise immersion part. Fifth, there were significant differences in educational and social satisfaction, which are sub-factors and significantly increased psychology, leisure, and physiology satisfaction between the group’s participation satisfaction
